I booked this hotel for my grandparents to take a mini-vacation somewhere relaxing and nice. The hotel was super accommodating with the reservation process as I was not actually going to be there to check them in but wanted to ensure my card got charged for the stay. They were very responsive and helpful with all of that. My grandparents enjoyed their stay here so much, they had nothing but good things to say. They said the hotel was beautiful and very modern. They loved their room and said that they had 3 or 4 windows in a corner room and were able to see the lights at night and had such a nice view of the city. They enjoyed that it was close to the attractions/restaurants, etc. The hotel did not have complimentary breakfast but my grandparents said they did get breakfast at the hotel and the amount of food they got was well worth the price and it was delicious. I will definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone else. FYI - there is Valet parking at the location that is a little more expensive but a garage right across the street that was about $10 a day. Thank you for giving my grandparents a great experience here.

Tas, our waitress for breakfast was also exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it another night. We will definitely remember this place.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Big thank you to Account Manager Ricardo Greene. He helped me get out of the parking garage when the gates stopped working due to a storm knocking out the Internet controls, and he was so helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Lashanda was really nice and helpful too.

Staff was excellent, Friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Location was very good, close to trolley station and some great restaurants. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day, The Waitress and food was excellent. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was walking distance to town. When you walked into the room you could just tell that it was a nicer, cleaner hotel than most.
